      Your date, time, and place of birth are necessary inputs for calculating your astrological birth chart. Whilst basic biographical data (date and place of birth) is not automatically classified as special category data under Article 9 GDPR, we recognise that an astrological analysis derived from birth data may reveal information about your philosophical beliefs or worldview. Out of an abundance of caution and in the interest of transparency, we treat the full set of birth data (date, time, and place) with the heightened protection applicable to special category data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Legal basis for processing birth data: your explicit, freely given, informed consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), obtained via a dedicated consent checkbox at checkout, prior to you completing your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you withdraw consent before we have commenced preparation of your analysis, we will cease processing your birth data.         4. PAYMENT DATA SECURITY<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

        All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never access, view, or store your full card number, CVV, or any other sensitive payment credentials. The only payment-related data retained by us is the Stripe transaction ID, used solely for order tracking and dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Stripe, Inc. processes payment transactions on our behalf. Stripe receives your payment data directly; we receive only a transaction ID. Stripe operates under its own privacy policy and is independently responsible for the data it processes. Stripe is established in the United States and processes data in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a GDPR-compliant transfer mechanism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            6.2 Email Infrastructure Provider<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            We use ProtonMail (Proton AG, Switzerland) to receive and send order-related communications. ProtonMail is end-to-end encrypted and operates under Swiss and EU data protection standards. Switzerland has been granted an EU adequacy decision, so no additional transfer mechanism is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            6.3 Legal and Regulatory Authorities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            We may disclose your data where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or the lawful direction of a competent public authority (including Polish tax authorities, Urz\u0105d Skarbowy). We will, where legally permitted, notify you prior to such disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Name and email address: <\/strong>12 months from the date of delivery of your analysis, for customer support and communications purposes. After 12 months, permanently deleted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Order correspondence: <\/strong>3 years from the date of your order, to enable defence of legal claims within the applicable limitation period. After 3 years, permanently deleted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Payment records (transaction ID, amount, date): <\/strong>5 years from the end of the tax year in which the transaction occurred, in compliance with Polish tax law (Ustawa o rachunkowo\u015bci) and VAT obligations. After 5 years, permanently deleted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Delivered analysis report (PDF copy): <\/strong>12 months from delivery, to facilitate re-delivery if you lose your copy. After 12 months, permanently deleted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Early deletion requests: You may request early deletion of your birth data and related personal data at any time. We will comply promptly, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance). See Section 9 for how to submit a deletion request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                9. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                As a data subject, you have the following rights. We will respond to all requests within 30 days of receipt (or, for complex requests, within 3 months with prior notification).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
