By accessing your-astrology-advisor.com and purchasing astrological analysis services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our services.

By purchasing this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Your Astrology Advisor provides personalized birth chart analysis reports based on Vedic astrology principles. Services include:

  • Single Question Analysis (€40)
  • Comprehensive Life Analysis (€100)

All services are delivered as digital PDF reports via email within the timeframe specified at purchase (typically 24-48 hours).

  1. NATURE OF SERVICE

3.1 Personalized Digital Product

The birth chart analysis is a personalized digital service tailored specifically to your unique birth data (date, time, and place of birth). This qualifies as:

  • A custom-made good under Article 16(c) EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
  • A digital service under Article 16(m) where performance begins with your express consent

3.2 Purpose and Disclaimer

This service is provided for self-discovery, personal reflection, and entertainment purposes only. It does NOT constitute:

  • Financial, investment, or business advice
  • Legal counsel or professional advice of any kind

  1. PAYMENT AND PRICING

All payments are processed securely through Stripe payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through Stripe.

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Payment Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successfully processed.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK CLIENTS)

5.1 Waiver of 14-Day Withdrawal Right

By completing your purchase and providing birth data, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once:

  • The digital analysis has been delivered to you, OR
  • The interpretation process has begun

5.2 Legal Basis

  • Article 16(a) EU Consumer Rights Directive – supply of services fully performed with consumer’s prior express consent
  • Article 16(m) – digital content not supplied on a tangible medium
  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28

  1. REFUND POLICY

6.1 No Refunds (All Sales Final)

Due to the personalized, expert-driven nature of the service, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will NOT be issued based on:

  • Subjective disagreement with the interpretation or findings
  • Perceived accuracy or inaccuracy of the analysis
  • Change of mind or unmet personal expectations
  • Disbelief in astrology or its validity
  • Receiving a different reading from another practitioner

6.2 What You Are Paying For

You are paying for time, expertise, and analytical process – NOT a guaranteed outcome or specific result you have in mind.

6.3 Exception: Practitioner Error Only

If a verifiable data entry error was made solely by the service provider (you provided correct data, we entered it incorrectly), we will provide a corrected analysis free of charge within 5 business days. This correction constitutes full remediation. No refunds will be issued.

  1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 Accurate Birth Data

You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete birth information:

  • Full name
  • Exact date of birth
  • Exact time of birth (to the nearest minute, if known)
  • Exact place of birth (city and country)

7.2 Consequences of Incorrect Data

If you provide incorrect, incomplete, or approximate data, the resulting analysis will reflect that data. This does NOT constitute an error on our part and does NOT entitle you to a refund or free correction.

7.3 Unknown Birth Time

If you do not know your exact birth time, indicate this clearly when ordering. We may use solar chart methodology or rectification techniques at our discretion. You accept this limitation.

7.4 Correction Fee

Any request for a new analysis based on corrected data you provide later (e.g., I gave you the wrong birth time) will be treated as a NEW ORDER subject to full payment.

  1. DELIVERY

8.1 Delivery Method

Your completed analysis will be delivered via:

  • Email to the address you provided, and/or
  • Digital download through your account on the website

8.2 Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery: 24-48 hours from receipt of order and complete birth data. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery within 7 business days is considered timely performance.

8.3 Your Responsibility

You must:

  • Provide a valid, monitored email address
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Report technical issues (corrupted file, blank document) within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report issues within 48 hours constitutes full acceptance of the delivered service.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (Legal Insight & Eligibility)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to this service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific analysis in question.

  • Lost opportunities, profits, or revenue
  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

10.2 Unauthorized Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact, or after full service delivery, constitutes breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

  • Contest the chargeback through all available channels
  • Pursue recovery of disputed funds plus €50 administrative fee
  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to fraud prevention databases
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All analyses and materials remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for private use only. Prohibited without written consent:

  • Redistribution, resale, or commercial use
  • Public sharing or posting (in whole or part) on any platform
  • Creating derivative works for commercial purposes
